PENDLETON LUMBERYARD HISTORY

Pendleton Lumberyard Office Suites, is a newly renovated building located in downtown Pendleton with quite a remarkable history! It was the former site of Taylor & Brown planing mill & lumber company dating back to 1889. In 1921, it changed hands and became Collingwood Bros Lumber & Millwork. In 1945, it was bought and renamed Pendleton Lumber Co; and renamed again as True Value Lumber Co up until the early 2000's. 

 

Bought in 2019 the renovation process started. Fondly renamed Pendleton Lumberyard Office Suites as a tribute to its past; it was ready to open in early 2021.  

 

Consisting of over 5,300 square feet, 15 office and retail spaces this building has been one of several that has brought revatalization to this rapidly growing north east region of Hamilton County.
