William's Point lots have been selling well and there are only a very few left for sale. Singly family homes must have 1,500 square feet of living area and two car garages. Single family attached must have 1,100 with 750 ground floor minimum Square feet living area and two car garages for each side. All units must belong to the HOA and follow their approved colors and material charts for materials. Also any new builder must be approved ay the Architectural committee with association approval of plans and specs before construction.
