Two buildings with 4 units in each building and all units are occupied. 4 of the units have recently been updated with new flooring and fresh paint throughout. All exterior wood was painted recently and landscaping was completed. One building has a new roof that was replaced in 2018. All units have new storm/security doors and security cages for the outside A/C units. The units have been getting updated as the tenants move out.
